Try saving the attachments (pictures) onto your hard drive. Then compose the email w/attachments and send it to your cell phone address (e.g., 1234567890@mobile.att.net) ... it should come over onto your phone as an attachment that you can open and save onto your phone. I think you have to do each picture one at a time.
If this doesn't work, and it's a camera phone, just open each picture and take a snap shot of the picture w/your cell phone... I've done this numerous times and it comes out fine.
