How to send pictures from your phone to your email?

I have At%26amp;T. The model is a Pantech Duo. I have internet blocked because At%26amp;T kept charging me for internet purchases I did not make. I heard you send it email it from your phone to your computer email but last night I tried that and it said I had to download email. Is there any way to send pictures without downloading or being charged?

finding the photo you want to send, go to options and find 'send to' (as if you were going to send a photo to a contact or another friend's phone). Instead of sending it to a contact though, it should have the option of putting in your email. Type in your email address.
