How do I enable seeing pictures embedded in email messages? I need to disable "rich media blocked."?

Email pictures come through with an outlined box with a red x and no photo. When I place my cursor in the blank box, the message reads,"rich media blocked." How can I enable showing pictures embedded in email messages?

Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page.

Under “Management”, click General Preferences.

Scroll to the “Messages” section and go to the last line, “Security”. Check the box next to "Block HTML graphics in email messages from being downloaded."

When the Block HTML Graphics feature is enabled, a footer will appear at the end of any message that contains HTML graphics. It will say:

"The HTML graphics in this message have been blocked. [Show HTML Graphics—Edit Preferences]"

If you have not blocked HTML graphics, you’ll see a footer at the end of HTML-graphics messages that says:

"The HTML graphics in this message have been displayed. [Edit Preferences—What's This?]"

"Edit Preferences" links to the General Preferences page, where you can check the box next the Block HTML Graphics feature if you’d prefer to block the HTML graphics.

"What's This?" launches a kiosk containing information about the Block HTML Graphics feature.
